YuChih Publishing Firm invites you to join Organizing Committee meeting of legal Worldwide Organization
“The Organizing of Worldwide Publishing & Distribution Commence Association” need to have 3 more Organizing Committee members to make up 7 persons. We hope to find a committee member focuses on a legal group be located in Europe or Oceania, South America and Africa for at least 3 continents. The requirements of foreign part are at least 5 legal groups and be located at least 3 continents of world. The 7 Organizing Committee members will be the candidates to be elected as chairman by members on the day of establishment meeting.
Due to no enough finance and relation, I may work as secretary general in the future because board members are no pay by regulation. But if association can’t get enough financial support (subsidy), I should also be no salary to get. My nephew, Jer Rong Chang, will replace me to join board member team to help.
The current Organizing Committee members have 4 representatives and their regions as follow:

Legal representative: De Ming Chen (Cross Straits Association and Asia continent)
3. Jane Buttery (Group representative of North America continent)

「全球出版發行商業協會籌備會」還需要三位籌備委員以補足七位，希望有一位籌備委員能特別集中在歐洲或大洋洲、南美洲、非洲的團體會員，以附合國外團體會員要位置於至少三大洲以上。國外部份的要件是至少五個團體會員和分佈於至少三大洲以上。籌備委員是於成立大會時被會員選為理事長的候選人。至於我本人因財力和人際關係不夠，如任理監事會並不能拿薪水，可能是任秘書長人選，但是協會運作沒有足夠的補助來源，就沒有薪水可拿了。姪兒「張哲榮」也許是代替我入理監事會協助此團體。
